L48 with backhoe , no side side movement?

I had it the valve body for the backhoe break and that’s what I learned. It’s a very hard to come by a lot of like a lot of other Kabota parts I had it and died off of recommendation of an Amish guy and it was installed no leaks and I’m not getting any side to side movement, one thing that’s weird about it though is that if you pull the arm left or right and have someone push on it, it will move you let off the handle it’ll stop but it’s not moving on its own. I’m hoping maybe someone can help me this is my first forum post ever I would really appreciate some help. Thank you.

The swing cylinder hasvits own pump and supply hose. Is it hoojed up correctly?

Did you recently replace the valve body because the previous one failed? Is that when this issue started?
