When turning wheels left or right when moving either forward or reverse, both wheels wobble and gear lube is leaking from both inner wheels. No split lug nut wells, or loose tie rod ends.

I am assuming you're talking about the front wheels only.
But some pictures would be helpful.

My first thought are worn/damaged wheel bearings - but I hate to jump there without more information.

How long has this been going on? Old tractor? What other info can you provide?

Sounds like some loose bearings but really need more info on the tractor to say anything more. Is it the m4700?

FWIW - Was the wheel bearings combined with a weak hub design on my smaller old Ford. Know it's apples and oranges vs your M4700...

Thanks for a quick reply!
Tractor is a 1999 M4700, 4WD with almost 1300 hrs.
The l/front started about 4 months ago, and r/front started a few weeks ago. After each one started the wobble, it began leaking gear lube from bearing hub(s).

It is a 1999 M4700 4WD with almost 1300 hrs. The l/front started the wobble roughly 4-5 months ago, with the r/front following suit 2-3 weeks ago. After each started wobbling, they began leaking gear lube at/near bottom of gear hub.
