I bet MSHA would love to come in a place and find that going on. I hate to even think how high that fine would be. I'll give it to that kid though, he was better than some adults I've seen on equipment.

It's obvious that it's another country, and whoever ran the camera is brave. It is pretty amazing- I thought I was big stuff driving dads Bolens when I was a kid!
