You will also likely hear this from others.....

It will be very difficult to find a used loader for any 20+ year old Kubota tractor.
Tractors, and their respective loaders are rarely separated.
If you hope to have a loader in next year or two.......
Your best option may be to sell your L3010, and buy a different tractor with loader already attached.

I think the odds of finding one along with the required and specific mounting brackets is slim. If the tractor were newer would be easier (and expensive). You might consider selling yours and finding another with a loader. Good luck.

Maybe a salvage yard might have one off a blown-up or burned-out tractor…but Kubotas almost never do that.
