Hello all, I wanted to share the 3rd function kit I built. When shopping for a 3rd function kit, I didn’t care for what was commercially available. I wanted to avoid a kit with electrical components that could go bad and wanted to be able to control the speed of my attachments which isn't possible with the kits that are commercially available. I ended up building exactly what I was looking for and absolutely love it. What are your thoughts?
Here is a link to a video I made.

It is always good to see thinking outside the box and modifications such as this one! Thanks for sharing, I seem to remember seeing a early version on one of the Youtube channels?

While it is a modification I personally could not use I can see the advantages. I have a Landpride 3rd function kit installed and while I keep my tractor undercover and does not sit out in the rain or snow it is always in the back of my mind when and if a switch or solenoid quits working.

@Superjet511 Good Morning.

Nice work!

Are there any plans to have a kit, also for the BX Series (BX23s)?

Would liked to have seen it operate in the video. I think there is a use for this. It's always nice to have options!

Nicely done - construction equipment does that a lot. You can buy the valve ready to mount.

I saw something similar. I think it was on one of TTWT videos. Heck, might have been the bolt on hooks guy that was talking about it on Tim's video.

I would consider the foot controls over others. With a little more refining, the valve and hoses "could be" moved under the floorpan.

Thank you! Not at this time. I plan to make one for the Grand L cab, but only because I have that machine. Without other models on hand, designing a system like this would be difficult.

I will make another video of it in action. Unfortunately I am too busy running my business to get any seat time!

There are a lot of constraints to work with, this seemed to be the cleanest method while keeping all of the hoses out of harms way. I wanted to avoid having anything underneath.

Not sure. Would like to see what others have come up with if you see it again.

Thanks for posting the pics.

I generally don't look at the videos as I find I don't have the patience to listen to 10 minutes of blah blah blah blah listen to me talk blah blah blah only to see less than 5 seconds of what really counts.
