[Mod] Belarus Weight Pack & Mount

I've had this 550Lb weight pack on the floor of my shop for a couple years (Pre-BX23) now. Since buying my tractor, now I can use it. I've no idea where the (edited)>"Patz" hook came from. Almost like it was meant for how I used it.

Put together today. I definitely need a cart under it. I'll pick one up at HF later this week.

Very cool. I started making something along the same lines to hold 1,020lb of suitcase weights.

Typo is fixed. PATZ is stamped into it. Further looking, it's a Chain Hook from conveyor type systems.

I don't think that a Horror Fright dolly is going to hold up well to that weight. I suggest that you buy some 4 or 5-inch rubber or polycarbonate wheels with good quality bearings and make your own dolly out of some strong wood.

Haha, you are right about the HF dollies. I did the test, the weight bowed the Dolly BAD.

Patz is located in Wisconsin and provides a variety of material handling solutions to agriculture and industry. They make feeding equipment and manure handling systems, and conveyors for industry.

I don't find anything available out there as individuals. Maybe more prevalent in livestock/milking atmospheres.

I wouldn't mind having a couple more, if someone found some.

It's a tad on the tall side, so I cradled it, which isn't really necessary. More a placebo?

It is nice to finally have this behemoth mobile.
