I have a 2020 M760, let me say I love the ease of operation of this tractor. But all 4 injectors have been replaced. After that I got my first Error 25. Dealer came and got.it and found a 5amp fuse blown . Replaced it and got it back to me. That was last fall. Two weeks ago it did it again finally got enough info to find the 5amp fuse again to be blown. I was pulling a 10' bush hog when it happened. So after conferring with the dealer i.changed the 5 amp fuse and boom it was working again. Jacked it up to 540 Rpm on the Pro made about 10 laps and it blew it again.
Dealer came and got it checked it out said it had a blown fuse, as I told them they put it on the dyno and they couldn't get it to trip again. They checked all the wiring and found nothing . Said it would have to do it repeatedly and show itself so they could find it.
I think Kubota knows what it is and Mayne like the injectors not telling everyone. I.love the tractor and want it fixed.
So do any of you or any Kubota reps have and answer. I done all the searches on here and nothing.
Thanks in advance Scott

Any chance you can post the wiring diagram ?
A 5 amp fuse is 'small', probably just a 2-3 amp load on it. It could be as simple as a very hard to find slit in a wire and when tractor bounces, poof....

Maybe a bit more info would help. Cab or Rops? Both have a different fuse box location and fuse number setups. Quick search showed me only the rops had a 5amp fuse labeled pto, engine fuse number 10. Is this the fuse that’s blowing? Will it do it without pto engaged?

Are you talking about the ECU (backup) 5A fuse? You’ve sorta tied an injector replacement, a DPF regeneration malfunction code and a PTO operation all into one that’s being stopped by a mystery fuse.

It’s the T/M control fuse , dealer couldn’t find a short . I’ve about had enough.

Why not replace it and take a video with your phone nex time you are mowing to try and reproduce it with some documentation.

Ask them to replace the entire harness. In the long run everyone will save money and angst. And they'll have made a customer happy again..... Which could go the other way and it sounds like it's about to.

they told me it would have to continually do it until it cleared its self. It’s my belief that just like the injectors Kubota knows what this is .
I will delete it before I spend big money on it .

Transmission Control. I guess Tran Cont or T/C didn’t cross the label maker’s mind. Crazy!

So have you looked into the possibility of replacing the part of the wiring harness that deals with the transmission control? I would think that there are a few connection points and rubbing points that could be investigated for shorting and chaffed wires.

Since you have the problem when mowing, are you applying the forward motion pedal more distance than normal? Perhaps try to replace the fuse and move the pedal through its range by driving the tractor around and see if you can blow the fuse?

Good luck with locating the problem!
