I have same problem if you mean the oil dip stick. I bent mine back from pushing brances/trees off trail. Did not see limb up by oil dip stick. Also knocked off fuel bowl but, that is fixed. What I have problem is after changing the oil it registers full with 5qts but manual says it should be 6qts. Do I need to replace dip stick holder or does tractor actually only take 5 qts? I am reading a lot of people think manual is incorrect and said tractor only takes 5qts??Ok - I have to ask, 'cause everyone WANTS to know - how did you bend the dipper stick?
He's referring to the dipper arm on the backhoe...I have same problem if you mean the oil dip stick.

I can't say it would fit for sure...but they are pretty similiar. I've taken a number of measurements to add a thumb mount for my BH75. I'd say go to your closest Kubota dealer and take some measurements, and ask the service department. Can I replace bent dipper arm & piston on a bh75 with a bh77 dipper arm & piston? L3400 tractor

Again - please explain what caused this to occur. If something bent that huge piece of metal, something else will be affected.Did not bend oil dip stick ! Bent backhoe
A couple picturesAgain - please explain what caused this to occur. If something bent that huge piece of metal, something else will be affected.
I 2nd 3rd and 4th wanting to know the backstory
Sounds like a severe case of Peyronie's disease of the dipper stick.
The tractor is 16 yrs old which doesnot make any difference. Pulling 16 ft log off pile holding in grapple on 1 end kicked myself ! just looking to repace bh75 dipper arm & piston with bh77 arm & piston ! if it will fit has thumb holeAgain - please explain what caused this to occur. Thank you for blue prints. taking measurements today , Hoping it will work has thumb hole ! Replacing parts not fixing! The main pin, is the same size so it's very likely to be the same.
The cylinder attached differently and might or might not be the same length.
At minimum you would need to shim the pin end to get the width right.

If the 77 doesn't fit, you could add a thumb mount to the replacement 75. As I mentioned earlier...I have a BH75 and in the process of fabricating a thumb mount for it. Should have it all welded on the dipper this weekend. Planning to clamp the "tacked" assembly in place tonight and check for proper operation. The tractor is 16 yrs old which doesnot make any difference.
