Need help bought out of weeds in old backyard 7001 has some sort of hydraulic pump onto of Trans relocating shifter

That is a dealer installed creeper transmission. It is used when you have a trencher and need to go super slow. You can remove it and install a original shift cover.
Does anyone know how it operates there is a lever on the side that has 3 positions and my 3point doesn't work read that had to remove it to have trencher I'm wondering if something is hooked up right or don't have levers in right positions
