I have a new MX6000 about 6 months old. 30 hours on it. I was working it for a short time and the warning light and buzzer came on for the DPF. So I followed the instructions and put it in clean out mode or whatever you call it. Got outside the cab for about 5 minutes, once I got back in the temp light was on so I immediately shut it down. Let it sit for about ten minutes and started it back up. No lights and everything seemed to be fine. Went to drive it home on the street, put it in high gear and it didn’t have enough power to get it going in high gear. It runs perfect but doesn’t seem to have enough power in high gear. It feels like I have a flat tire but I do not. Almost like a brake is dragging. I put it in neutral while moving and it stops right away. Me and my so tried to push it by hand in neutral and couldn’t budge it. Not sure if that is normal or not. I checked all of the brake linkage and I noticed a bad scratch on the bottom of the linkage underneath near the drivers rear tire right before it goes vertical to the rear end. Could I have hit a rock and bent the brake linkage or something like that or could it be something with the DPF Or the temp light Is there a way to manually clean the DPF or is the not an issue? Closest dealer is 3 hours away so it would be nice if I could figure it out myself. Thank you.

Have you read the regeneration information in the Operators Manual and do you understand same?

Sounds like you may have interrupted a regen process too many times.

Honestly. No I have not read the manual.

i just read it. I better understand the DPF system now and the buttons. Any suggestions on what to do now since I may have shut It off too many times as you suggested.

Read the procedures for performing a Parked Regeneration and try doing so.

If you have forced it beyond where a parked regen is possible, only dealer software can revive it.

Thank you. Since none of the warning lights are on it won’t let me perform the regen process. I was going to go work it really hard and see if that helps or maybe puts the light on so I can park it and Perform the regen process. If that doesn’t work I guess I will be hauling it three hours to the dealer.

Confused.

If you can "work it really hard" what's wrong?

I would investigate the bent brake linkage. You should be able to roll tractor, even just a little in N with no implements on the ground. Is the parking brake set by chance?

Pictures help too.
