I need a hydraulic cylinder for the angle function of my plow blade. So I checked Messicks and Kubota and to no surprise they want your first born, right arm, left testicle, and 3 pints of blood. Basically 700 for the cylinder. Anyone replace one of these or buy one thru Surplus Center or another Hydraulic Cylinder supplier? I'd like to get specs or part numbers.

Looking at the parts diagram that cylinder as about as generic as it gets. Measure the retracted length center to center of the pin holes. Measure the diameter of the rod and barrel. Subtract .375 from barrel diameter to approximate bore. Now go here and find a close match: canything close is plenty good enough.

Thanks Dan, exactly what I'll do. Pretty sure I won't have to choke up 700 plus for a hydro cyl
