Fuel issue

The 2002 Kubota M 6800 has been running sluggish after running for an hour or so. Replaced fuel filter, separator and the 2 fuel lines from the tanks. The fuel flows from the pump with ease.
The right hand tank is full and the left tank is empty. The fuel gauge indicates the tank is full. Is there anything I should do to get the fuel in both sides, which I believe may be the problem.

Does the fuel injection pump push the excess fuel to the right tank? And you are saying the LEFT tank says it is full?

sounds 'familiar'.......
are there one way check valves in the plumbing ??? if so see it they are working properly

found this in the first M6800 in the list, shows a pipe #010 between tanks, you fill the left tank, gets pumped out of the right tank. a blockage in the #010 pipe would allow right tank to go empty with left tank full.partial blockage allows sloooooow filling of right tank.

On the L4060 there is a check valve in the cross over tube (#10) so it does empty the tank with the fill neck first.

Many yrs ago I owned a M4900 that had fuel supply problems. Local Kubota service manager advised me to check to determine if tiny screen in fuel shut-off valve in water separator was clogged. I found screen clogged. I cleaned screen & engine began operating correctly.
