That picker is an awesome piece of equipment, wonder what something like that goes for.

What is the large brown oil-tank-looking thing right next to it? I would think the picker is 'self contained' so that dragging around a fuel or hydraulic tank wouldn't be necessary. I really do like it, I'm guessing a trailering weight of 6K lbs.

First for me! The truck pulled in, the feet came down and there it stood! I thought it was going to start walking, but the truck pulled out from underneath, and it sat down on the tracks and was on its way to the tree being controlled by a guy walking alongside using a remote control!

Yeah old oil tank from the trailer thats been torn down. The neighborhood is looking up!

I couldnt believe how far extended the bucket could get from the base! I was waiting for it to tip!

Those things are amazing. You can rent them around here that will go up about 60’ and tow behind a 1/2 ton truck. Have seen contractors with bigger ones that will go up more like 120’. Have always heard them called spider lifts. Don’t know if that’s their proper name or not.

The older I get the less I like heights.

Been up all our silos as a kid, cleaned tall wood stove chimneys, etc.

Anymore, I have NO business having my own my 32 foot ladder.
