Using the 3-point hitch speed knob - BX23S

Hello,

Recently I bought a Kubota and I still cannot for the life of me figure out what the 3-point hitch knob is for even after reading the manual. I have a backhoe on my tractor so I am not using the 3 point hitch but I was wondering what the 3 point knob under the seat is for. If someone can explain to me what its for and if it needs to be on a setting when not in use? Also there is a knob to the left of that which I am not sure what it is for either and I didn't see that one anywhere in the manual. I believe it might be for mower?

The one that has numbers on it like 1 - 2 - 3 ..... left side is the height that you wish to be cutting grass in a perfect world - good luck with that. I take it you have a mid mount mower?

The lowering speed is the one on the right - IT ONLY controls the drop rate of the 3 point, it has nothing to do with anything else.

IF you have the backhoe on - it will have no effect.

The one for the mower should be set at TOP when mower deck is removed it holds your mower linkage up so it doesnt snag on anything while doing dirt work!
