So I rebuilt the engine in my L3901 and missed plugging in the mass air flow sensor. So it started up and ran great but, but I had a stop engine and the odometer flashing PO102. So I found the unplugged wire and plugged it in. Then I disconnected the negative battery cable for a minute and hooked it back up. After starting the tractor the stop engine light went away but the odometer is still flashing PO102. Any ideas ?

Took me awhile to get to resetting this code. I have a L3901dt tractor that has been a pretty good machine. Got some bad fuel one time that caused P3001 and P3003 codes to display. replaced the fuel and it has been running fine since but that code has bothered me. Dealer didn't seem to know how to reset it or maybe didn't want me to know. To reset these you must start with the key off, press and hold 2 amber buttons on left, turn on key, an A appears in display. Press amber button once and a B will appear in the display, press and hold 2 amber buttons till display changes, then press button once so display says off, press button again and display goes blank. turn key off for a minute then code will be gone.

For future reference get yourself a copy of the WSM. It tells you how to read and clear many codes as well as set basic machine parameters

it stores certain codes in the panel memory AND in the ecu. You can clear the panel, but ecu memory has to be cleared by a dealer. It would have eventually "cleared" itself from the panel after running a set time with no fault but it takes a long time.
