Been waiting two months for a loader for my LX3310. Is the wait really this long? Dealer says they have no idea when it will come in.
Thanks,
Don

Typical corporate gobbledygook!Asked Kubota corporate what the leadtime is. Got this answer. Poor excuses….
Thank you for contacting Kubota Customer Satisfaction Department. Please accept our apologies for this situation and for any inconvenience you may have been caused. We are experiencing delays due a system update for shipping operations. Please be assured that Kubota and your dealer are working together to provide the best information possible. Unfortunately, because of shortage of raw materials the supply chain disruptions, it is sometimes difficult for Kubota to supply your dealer with accurate ship dates. We understand this is not ideal for our dealers and customers and are looking for alternative suppliers and other ways to improve the situation. But hopefully this at least gives you some clarity on why Kubota is unable to provide accurate shipment dates. Because your dealer has a complete list of products they are waiting for and how many customers need the products, your local Kubota dealership is still in the best position to provide you updates on when your product will be available.
This department is unable to determine when the unit will be shipped and delivered; however, your dealership may contact "Kubota's Parts & Wholegoods" department ("KPAW") for all unit ETA related inquiries. Allocations only happen once a month which means the dealerships get a list of expected units then they can determine what order that unit belongs to until that happens, unfortunately we do not have any additional information about order status. We are currently experiencing delays due to global and local shipping irregularities which has affected both Kubota and our vendors.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we implement this new system that would allow us to provide faster and more efficient service to you going forward. We recommend that your dealer reach out to their Kubota Parts and Wholegoods team should they require further assistance. We sincerely appreciate your interest in Kubota products, and look forward to counting you among our many satisfied customers!
You forgot ransomware attack! (what my local Stihl dealer communicated recently)Covid, War in Ukraine, steel shortages/price increases, Chi-coms threating/invading Taiwan, New shipping system broke, Old shipping system sucked, Grandma died, dog died.....Etc....Take your pick.
But do they use the same mounts To attach them to the tractor? I am going to guess they do not…The 535 Loader comes on the LX2610 which is not being discontinued so i doubt Kubota will discontinue that loader

That's the spirit !I read in another thread that the LX3310 has been discontinued. I am guessing the loader will be too. Looks like a hopeless situation. I will likely never get a loader….
Where are you located?Been waiting two months for a loader for my LX3310. Is the wait really this long? Dealer says they have no idea when it will come in.

If he has a 525 he could loan it to you until your 535 comes in.I read in another thread that the LX3310 has been discontinued. I am guessing the loader will be too. Looks like a hopeless situation. I will likely never get a loader….
I would think he could work something out with another dealer. There are a ton of those in northern MI.Texas. No 525 loaders either. All the loaders they have are on tractors and they will not separate them which is understandable.
I cannot imagine a dealer willing to do that.If he has a 525 he could loan it to you until your 535 comes in.
