2022 LX2610 Good Price?

Looking at a 2022 LX2610 for a friend. Only has 46 hours - looks like new. QA loader, 60 inch mid-mount mower, HST, R4 tires. $23,500.
Sounds like a great price to me, but before I recommend he buy it, I was wondering if anyone here would agree on that price. I bought a 2019 L2501 with 70 hours on it from the same seller 1 1/2 years ago for $18,000 and I am very happy with that purchase.

Sounds like a decent deal on the LX. Sounds like you got a great deal on your L too.
I wonder why the same seller is selling low hour tractors? If they paid 5% less a year ago, it cost them about $125/hr deprecation to use the LX.

Might price out the LX on the Kubota site and see just what the discount is on the 46 hour unit. Looks like new is about $29.6 with the lower cost R4s, FEL w/ QA, 60” light duty bucket and 60” MMM.

Thanks for the reply. They buy / sell new and used attachments / used equipment as a side business to their excavating and trucking. The friend that asked me about the price on the LX2610 tractor has purchased a mini excavator from them a few years ago, so he has done business with them before also with no issues.
I did price out a new one equipped the same on the Kubota site today and came up just over $30K (+ tax), so it would be about $32K total.
