Customer Survey Fail

Soon after buying my new Kubota I received a Customer Satisfaction Survey via email, now two years later I just received another. The first one would not allow me to complete and more attempts just locked me out, now the same thing again. I suspect that clicking on any button other than the best causes me to be dumped. What a joke!

Here is the email and this is all I can get:


Kubota Tractor Corporation is committed to building quality products and delivering excellent service. Now that you have owned and operated this B2601HSD-1 for approximately 24 months, we would like to know what you think about the product and BURKE EQUIPMENT COMPANY.

JUST NOW THE SURVEY UNLOCKED AND I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE IT, PERHAPS THERE IS SOMEONE MONITORING THAT SYSTEM.

I get a similar Kubota survey what seems like every 6-8 months. (maybe it's because I keep buying implements?)
I gave the dealer good marks on the initial tractor purchase, but then 6-8months later, get another survey.
WTF? How many times do I need to appease the Kubota survey monster machine?

I usually never do survey's of any kind, but my dealer did a good (above avg) job every time I dealt with
them, however it reminds me of why I don't do surveys.

Sigh

p.s.-somewhat related. Every time I buy something at Canadian Tire a couple days later I get an email from the Canadian Tire machine asking me "how could your experience at Canadian Tire have gone better" (It's because I get my card scanned for Cr@ppy tire points.....and I have almost no loyalty or points cards either. PITA that they are.

Well....they could start by not hassling me every bleepin' time I buy a $1.49 bolt for starters.

I’m feeling left out. I’ve never received a survey from Kubota. And Kubota knows how to reach me, I have their 0% financing.

I've bought 4 new Kubotas within the past 7 years and the on line survey worked as expected each and every time.

Think email surveys are bad? Fail is "Well I was satisfied until you called me at dinner!"

While it's good to see them following up on large purchases like a tractor, if "Please leave me alone" is the answer they should leave it at that.
