possible reasons I can think are...

parking brake kinda on ?
crud in tank ?
plugged fuel filters ?
too high a gear ?
too heavy a load ?
plugged air filter ?

HST?
Does it want to die when you step on the pedal?
Does it do it forwards or backwards

If it is, then seat switch, HST pedal switch, or OPC could be an issue.

If it's a DT (gear) The seat switch or OPC could be causing an issue too.

To add to GreenvilleJay's list :
Water in the seperator.

I have changed the filter and fuel, it ran very well for about two hours then started doing the same thing

If as you say, that the filter and fuel being changed made it run well for a couple hours, Id think theres crud or debris in your fuel line from the tank to the filter.

I would "look" in the fuel tank and see if debris is blocking the pathway.

Like I said before it sounds more like an HST pedal switch, seat switch, or OPC issue.
If its stalling consistently when you push the pedal to move it's not a fuel issue.
If you are using it and it starts to bog down then it's more likely a fuel issue.

Just to clarify:
When you say it stalls, does it bog down or does the engine shut off completely?
When sitting still can you move the accelerator lever on the dash up and get rpms up?

Check out post #9 here (and 21 has a pic of the broken wire that caused this on mine)
