Aux Hydraulics not working B7100 HST

Bought the tractor with a rear pto snowblower. Previous owner used aux hydraulic to turn the chute, that worked fine. Two lines are available each with a lever.
Included is a homemade implement. A scraper blade with a piston to raise and lower and another to tilt the blade forward and back. Used it to clean his culvert ditch.

When connected neither ram will move. Tried moving hoses to each connection and no change. 3ph works fine moving up and down.
Is it the rams? Am I missing a switch I should be turning?

Hold the 3ph in the lift position. Then use the aux controls. As you can see in the pic both rams are dual acting.

There is a much better way to hook up the aux valve, that wouldn't involve the three point operations.
There is a plate in front of the brake pedals that you can tap into the hydraulic system.
Hooking up there would give you full control of the three point and aux control.

Ok looking at this picture of the crazy back blade, it finally dawned on me why I initially thought not a good idea.

There is no float to that back blade or to the three point! BAD JUJU
What happens with that type of setup is the first semi solid object that you hit it transfers all the force right to the three point and three point case, and snap you're now looking at a thousand dollar repair!

When you use the three point blade as intended it will rise when you hit a solid object eliminating the huge force feedback.

Actually, if he needs one in the original B7100 format (2 tapped holes on the face ) rather than the universal (4 unused holes with plugs) ASAP, I could whip one out Monday when I get home again. I have the blocks all cut and milled to size; I just have to finish drilling and tapping all the holes.

Yes he would need the 2 hole plate if he did it.
