B7100 throw out bearing fork

OK, I have B7100 trying to replace clutch, etc. How do you remove the throw out bearing fork from clutch bell housing? I have engine out, grease nipple removed, internal return spring disconnected.

Remove the bolt and washer at the top of the fork and pull the clutch rod out.
Be mindful of the direction of the fork, putting it on backwards will make it in op!
