BX tractor bracket stopper

I'm not quite sure why this is a question, but it keeps the top link in a stowed, stable position instead of letting it flop around when it is not in use on the 3 pt..

There's a notch on the side of the bracket that you hook on the pin/bolt there so the shaft stays erect whle you work on whatever it is you're doing.

On my big tractors, the top link comes OFF the tractor and STAYS with it's implement. Since al my implements are 'set and forget' , it's a HUGE timesaver.

Ok, that explains it.
The top link on my tractor is always in use, when I put on a larger top link the bracket was left off because it no longer fit.
