I wonder if when mired, you could do the dozer/log/chain where a log would be chained across both back wheels, lock the diff and roll backwards until the log is pulled under the wheel, then un-chain the first and slip another one under, adding them until you're out.

It is coming along slowly. Need to pour concrete and that is going to cost about 2500 bucks. With Christmas coming up fast might need to put it off for a while.

If you guys think a FEL is nice, try a backhoe too, i have yet to find my self in a situation that i couldn't get out of with the two. i got high centered once and had to lift the front, and lift the back and pull at the same time, worked great! there would have been no other way because there was no getting a truck or anything down to it. sunk it up to the floor boards in my "pool" and a quick push with the tires spinning in low range and it walked right out, simply amazing.

I saw a Russian (I think) video once where they chained a log across the wheel and got it out of a wicked bog.
The log has to be longer than the diameter of the wheel and the ends of the log act as big lugs that bite into the slop.
I find it safer, and easier, to just ring someone with a bigger tractor.

Seems kinda odd watching that video and see a winch line hooked to the front of the tractor as he goes to walk it out. Also I dont see the log being that useful since old Fordson tractors of that era did not have a differential lock on the rear end of those tractors.

I also looked for, but didn't find, a vid of a guy who an extra rim (truck-sized, no tire) bolted to the rear wheel. He attached a cable to it, hooked it to a tree, and used the tractor drivetrain to winch himself out. He pulled the tractor backwards, and it seemed to work pretty well, & wasn't as scary as the log trick.

Going slow, need to come up with about 2500 dollars just for the concrete, and even more for the greenhouse.

How big is the green house going to be?? Are you planing on glass or a pollycarbinate covering??
Before I got the OL's Green houses up I use 20 foot pieces of 1 1/2 PVC plastic conduit bent in a "U" drilled holes in a 2x4 to be used as a ridge pole and put the conduit through then ran long screws throug the ends attatching them to the wood frame, and covered them with a heavy Greenhouse plastic with the UV shield. They worked really good up in the North country. I closed off the ends with a plywood frame, one end with a door the other with a 24x24 hole for a box fan set up on a thermostat... Not pretty but they worked
