Hi
I have inherited a B6200D 4WD with a KBF200 loader that my father in law bought new in the mid 1980s.
its low hours but not been used much for the last few years and been stored in a barn for quite a while. Amazingly it started first time. Everything works fine but I’d like to change all the oils and filters, coolant etc and give it a bit of TLC. Fuel lines look original as do coolant lines. Will probably replace them. It’s a solid machine and id really like to bring it back to its former glory. I can see the parts diagrams on several websites which are really useful but I can’t find a workshop manual or even an owners manual for it online. Manuals for the The HST version are available for free download of the internet but not for the manual version Can anyone help me locate one? Thanks very much.

That was quick! Thank you very much. Unfortunately both of those are the HST version not the D (manual) version. The first link - user manual will be 90% the same I’m sure but the second link - the WSM - is purely the hydrostatic gearbox section and not the whole manual (from what I can work out).
I’ve worked out how to do an engine oil and filter change, air and fuel filter simple (ordered genuine filters and o rings), it’s the gearbox oil change that I can’t find at the moment. There must be a filter/strainer but it’s not the same as the HST version.

Your tractor has a suction screen 080 built into the pump suction line. No filter. Pull it and clean it out while you have the fluid drained. You'll probably want to replace those copper washers 070.

You may want to service the front axle, it's a separate system from the transmission/hydraulic system. There should be drain plugs on each side. Refill with 80 or 85w-90, whatever's close. UDT would probably be ok, but I'd go with the heavier gear oil.

If/when you change the front end oil = fill to the appropriate mark - run the machine a good while and then CHECK the level again. You will be surprised that full and in a little while, it isnt exactly full-full! You may need to top off the oil again.

Think I’m there with the service parts.
some of the fluids have probably been in there since 1985…..
Kubota KHD 80W90 for the front diff, both front axle gear cases. Got some o rings ordered for drain plugs (x3) as I doubt they’ll survive being removed.
Kubota UDT for transmission (2x o rings for when I remove and clean the strainer)
10W30 synthetic engine oil.
Premix coolant.

think that’s it.

Well, it’s looking a bit sorry for itself at the moment. My son still thinks it’s fantastic though!

He looks extremely happy!

YOU do know that those rim/wheels can be flipped to that it has a wider stance.

No I didn’t….. that would be very useful. Didn’t see that in the manual I downloaded above - How much wider? Thanks!

I was going to mention those hubs. I've never dealt with them, but I know you need to make sure they stay tight or they wear stuff out.
Also, there are multiple transmission drain plugs. May be like the HST, but there will be one at the bottom of each final drive case which are real important. You won't get the oil out of the hydraulic lines, but that's a relatively small amount.
