Please bear with me on this quest to understand the Kubota snowblower issues. I would like for you to post a picture of the front of the snowblower that clearly shows the second stage fan and the bottom of the chute and is the full width of the snowblower so I can see the augers. Post more than one picture if necessary, and make them full-size. Also, please don't forget to give the model number of the snowblower. Even if the same model has already been posted, please post yours also. I am developing a theory about why some people are having snow blower issues, including myself, and I need pictures to verify my theory. This one came to me with a hand crank chute rotator; I modified it to accept a 12V winch so it would be electrically operable from the tractor cab - this is visible as the black lump on the left side of the blower in the second photo.

Please elaborate on the "issues" which you are investigating. I'm most curious to see what these might be, especially since my Kubota blowers have all been pretty terrific machines.
I say that with a caveat as I now have a leaking seal on my B2781A. Of course I've had to replace bearings on the oldest blower, the B2771 and speed reduction chain on the middle-aged blower (not pictured) B2550C.
One thing I've seen more than once is folks getting the augers out of sync after breaking a shear bolt. In fact I recently looked at a B2782A which was in this condition; the owner had no idea his augers were out of sync. I fixed that for him in a jiffy and at the same time was able to verify the correct shear bolts were in place.

Your point about the augers out of sync has always made me wonder. I don't own one just walk behind that I hate to run so only use when I have to. Are they supposed to mirror side to side or be off by 180 degs?

I've seen both...
If 'offset' one side gets pulled into blower at a time...
If 'mirror', both sides get pulled into auger at once...
'mirror' is common on snow 'throwers' or single stage
'offset' is like #13 above BX2816
so ,seems no 'correct' way ???

I had a BX5450 that I used with the BX25D that I sold a couple of years ago. I never had any issues with it, although I remember needing to pay attention to the timing of the first stage augers when replacing shear bolts. For the record, I replaced a lot of shear bolts on that BX5450 but way less on the SB1574 I run these days.
Here are photos of the actual blower I used to have the day I bought it from the local dealer. I'm a pack rat with photos. I have more than a few videos of it in action too. Watching those videos reminded me of how much slower the BX5450 was compared to the SB1574 but that's to be expected. Blowing snow with a 50" wide blower in front of a 25hp tractor is going to be slower than a 74" blower behind a 60hp tractor!

Are you blowing the same drive now with the MX that we have seen in recent pictures or were using the Mx at a different location? If same location how much time does the MX save comparatively? I had a BX too not too long ago) and the difference in class is so remarkable. So I wonder your BX could barely do what you have now or did in t took 2 or 3 times as long…or something else.
Same driveway for the BX and MX, although I only had a blower to use on the upper and lower driveways when I had the BX. I had a rear blade on the little tractor too but rarely used it. The MX with the current set up of front blade and rear blower is WAY faster (and more comfortable being a cab
) and it probably takes me about 1/3 the time to clear 400 yards or so of driveway. And for the record, when I had the BX I'd only clear the absolute minimum required for one vehicle whereas I clear a much wider path on the lower driveway with the bigger tractor. Of course, I never got so close to the edge in the BX that I risked plummeting down the hill and into an icy grave!
