Ohhhh....years ago I had a thread "Too early to take snowblower off..."Here it is Feb 20th. Our total snowfall here is winter is < 1". Beware though - tomorrow I take my, unused this year, blower off the tractor and put on the landscape rake.
Guaranteed blizzard in the next week!
Jerry, mind sending me some winning lotto numbers?Guaranteed blizzard in the next week!
lol Jim! but not to worry The extra tines I ordered just came in today. I was going to replace the 2 bent ones and put it on the tractor but with the weather I decided to put it off until this weekend. So snowblower is still on.Jerry, mind sending me some winning lotto numbers?

I am in Woodstock, and will gladly babysit them in the back corner of my backyard.lol Jim! but not to worry The extra tines I ordered just came in today. That translates to no snow next week (for us anyway) because. . .
WE GOT A SIGNED CONTRACT FOR THE HOUSE TODAY!!!!
Guess that means I don't have to rake up the woods now or the lawn. Blower stays on. Well I'll just bring the rake to the new house - wherever that turns out to be.
My biggest problem right now is what to do with the tractor / implements between the time we sell & when we move into a new house. I'm guessing that's going to be a couple of months. . .
You are quite a hike from me Dusty but thanks I have an offer from a friend to leave it behind his business in a fenced area. Southington, not too far. I called my insurance agent today to make sure I had / could get coverage.I am in Woodstock, and will gladly babysit them in the back corner of my backyard.
Congrats on the house!lol Jim! but not to worry The extra tines I ordered just came in today. I was going to replace the 2 bent ones and put it on the tractor but with the weather I decided to put it off until this weekend. So snowblower is still on.
