We have a snowblower we got last year, but have decided that it’s really not something that’s worth having for our property. It’s never been used and stored inside. I can trade it in at the dealer (for quite a hit), but wondered if I could do better selling privately? Is there a market for these? Would I be able to get a better price than the trade-in price?

You could list it on here:

or craigslist, or FB marketplace.
It's going to be a tough sell this time of year.

Those are the places I’d definitely list it. I don’t mind waiting to sell until next fall, just concerned I’ll do that and then end up getting less or the same for it anyway. Any thoughts on how much of a market there is for these?

If you looked out my window right now, you would say the market is huge, we are getting slammed with snow.
List it for what you want / need to get out of it, and if it doesn't sell just relist it in the fall.
Make sure you list the model / part number of all the components, if your selling the blower and the mount and the drive.

Will it included the k-connect quick hitch and drive shaft? Being as it is for a new model and a popular one at that you should get kind of close to $500-$1000 off from MSRP. I would also watch the buying threads and watch for LX series purchase advice send PM's.

You will realize the most $$$$ if you hold onto it till next November when the snow starts falling from the sky. I have bought a few snowblades and snowblowers in the spring and summer and resold them in the late fall and have always made money on them. Most times people are moving and just want to get rid of them.

I’m thinking it would be all of those parts, unless there’s a good reason to keep any of them?

Listing it for sale is FREE. Just list it and forget about it (except for renewing the ad every so often) you’ll get lowball offers galore but set your price and stick to it. Eventually, “maybe” a real interested party will inquire…you’ll know if they are serious.

Best to list the blower, front hitch and mid-PTO together as a kit.

Often, the front blower is the easy part. Hitch and PTO to get it hooked to the tractor and operational can be the tough part.......check to see if front hitch and PTO are compatible with other tractor models (B2650?).

All predicated on you not expecting another front implement that uses k-connect system. (Don't know what implements are offered)

I'm a couple hours east of you. Lots of small Kubotas in upstate NY and central PA.

Late-summer/fall lots of folks in our area might be looking for a blower, combined with the hitch to make it work....
