I tried to hook a shackle to the drawbar of my 2601 yesterday and could not find one with the right combination of pin size and throat width (back country griphoist rigger). What attachments/fixtures are available? Pintle hook would be good. Prefer not to extend the length of the drawbar but I see there are slipons.

THANKS.

I like a clevis in the drawbar. It’s a useful attachment point for chains or cables.

I found a clevis at TSC that fit on my lx2610. You might see if they have one that will fit.

I used a couple clevises (clevii?) to hook a chain on that stays permanently hooked to the tractor.

Thanks, I found that a 5/8 inch shackle has the one + inch throat needed for the drawbar. 3 ton WLL which I believe is more than rated pull of the 2601.

Good for now but I will see if I can locate a 5/8 swivel snatch hook. I use slings a lot.

Purchase a hammerstrap and use a pin. I machined my holes out to 1.125" from Kubota's 25 mm so I can use a 1" common pin on my tractors.

Use a clevis rather than a shackle.

Available at any tractor/implement store, TSC, etc.
