A couple of my toys I had pics handy of. Didn't have any pics of the Massey's on this computer.

The 55 Allis Chalmers CA, 2004.5 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O. (that has been bulletproof....got rid of the newer ones) and the bikes.
1977 or78? Yamaha IT175 that has been in the family since bought new, Honda Elsinore 175 and my new 2022 Beta 430RR Race Edition that I added the street kit parts to to make it look like a dual sport for connecting trails by road.

I had a IT 400 back in the day, Stupid Fast bike, noting like my TY250.
How do you like the Beta? Parts a problem?

My uncle bought that IT brand new and a DT100 at the same time. I ended up with the DT. I wish I would have kept it. But I got into racing and bikes came and went. My son found the Honda for sale and we grabbed it thinking it would be cool to have with the Yamaha.

The Beta.......well I quit racing and riding altogether in 2003. I had a Pro Circuit motored CR500 Honda at the time and a KTM300EXC. And I usually end up leaving the Beta on the soft power map with the traction control on because I find it scary fast. Sure my CR500 had more power and higher top speed....but maybe it's because the Beta has fuel injection? But it is like a light switch. Any movement of your wrist at all and it's accelerating. At least the old 500 had a bit of delay with the carb and 2-stroke powerband.

Or maybe I just suck at riding now?? LOL

I bought the Beta because I have a dealer close by and he treats me good. No problem getting stuff as he has a couple of his own also. But now he wants to retire and has the dealership for sale. So I hope if it sells the new owners keep Beta also or I'm going to have to mail order everything because next closest dealer to me is 7 hours away.

I lived in Sydney, Australia for a year back in 1983 and spent most of that time diving and playing rugby. I'd never owned a good dive watch but noticed a Heuer Deep Dive 1000m Professional in a jewelry store in The Rocks area of Sydney. This was two years before TAG bought a majority stake in Heuer which led to TAG Heuer branded watches. At that time, most diving instructors were using Seikos, and most professional divers were using Rolex Submariners. I immediately liked the watch, liked that it was Swiss made and that it was different.

I wore this watch every day for 17 years or so working as a diver and welder on three continents. I came close to death a number of times wearing that watch. It never failed me despite the abuse and neglect. The last near death experience was on a tug boat in the Pacific Ocean chasing a sinking Chinese freighter and the Heuer was on my wrist.

I finally stopped wearing the watch around 2000 when the third or fourth battery died. It was so beaten up and the strap had perished so I replaced it with a first generation Omega Planet Ocean. The Heuer sat in a drawer for almost a decade until late 2019 when I decided to send it to TAG Heuer to see if they could service it. It was returned with a note saying that there was nothing they could do since parts were unavailable, but they offered me 10% off a new watch! A coworker at the time who was a watch nerd like me sent me an email with a link to https://www.tag1000diver.com/ who could service and refurbish it. After some back and forth I sent the watch to Justin Bennett who did an excellent job of making it better than it ever was with an upgraded movement and crystal, as well as lots of other repairs. It cost $645 to have the watch repaired, a watch that cost around $350 (Australian) in 1983, but it was worth every penny. The memories I have with that watch are priceless and I'm proud to wear it once again. This year will be the 40th year of my owning this watch. Where has the time gone?

Never could afford a Rolex though I always wanted one, so I settled for the Seiko diver the cheap solar powered one, was only good to 200 meters but I figured if you found me that deep I was a goner anyways, so it didnt matter. And after 15 or so years I bought a Deep Blue, a real nice dive watch, and someone else liked it more than I did I guess, cause it disappeared out of my dive bag.
And like you, Seiko couldnt do anything for the old one either, so I bought a Citizen Eco-Drive, yeah another cheap one but it has been an admiral watch, and I dont dive any more, all stainless,, the rubber bracelets do funny things to my wrist. Have a good one

I wanted a Rolex Submariner for years, as well as a GMT, but after looking at one closely and watching the price gouging over the last few years, combined with the fact that Rolex has been left behind by other innovative companies, I lost all interest in ever owning a Rolex.

My brother bought me an Omega Seamaster around 2004, and I bought an Omega Planet Ocean in 2005 which is a superb certified chronometer with the very first co-axial movement. I bought an Omega Planet Ocean GMT a couple of years ago which is the latest version of the co-axial movement. Omega all the way for me these days, and maybe a DOXA at some point in honor of Jacques Cousteau. :D

Here are the two latest additions that I'm kind of proud of. An LMTV M1078 that my friend in Hawaii sent me, and a Robalo R200 that I bought between Christmas and New Year. The LMTV has a GVWR of 22,700lb so I'd need a CDL to pull the boat and trailer since the trailer has a GVWR of 7,000lb. I have two PJ dump trailers and a MidSota equipment trailer but can't pull any of those around either. The only trailer I can pull without a CDL is the aluminum CargoPro trailer but not much point in doing that.

I used to have a CDL years ago but let it lapse due to lack of use. Maybe I should get one again so that I can pull bigger trailers around. The payload capacity of the LMTV is 5,000lb so it'll most likely be a flat bed truck if anything, unless I go the CDL route.

I've had the Jeep TJ for almost 23 years, and I'm still proud of it. It's been an incredible vehicle for me.

Is that half an orange kayak in the backgroud?
It is. I use it for fishing & trapping.
It is neat to hook up a nice largemouth & have them jump over your head.
I have found it much easier to find the beaver’s runs, holes, chew piles, from the water, than from the bank.

Sold this a few years before the other showed up.

Realized quickly that riding in 2005 through 2016 wasn’t like riding in the ‘80’s. Too many idiots with cell phones not paying attention.

There’s really few bikes that I’m comfortable on, as I’m quite tall. Loved riding this one, but didn't fit well. Forward controls were a non-starter, as I had a dirt bike that fit well, but not a good ride on the road.

This only goes 12mph. You have to pay attention to drive it. I started driving it over 50 years ago.

This fits me perfectly now …..😉

This looks a lot like my '04 Superglide; Is it a Low Rider? It's a Dyna for sure; silver engine was a rarity back in those days! (y)

Yep, 2005 Superglide. Plain Jane, just added a few ponies and some chrome.

I luv the bike rack! :p
Geez - didn’t even notice the bicycle.

My cousin had a successful small excavation business for decades. His equipment was JD machines just like that. JD 350 or 450 dozers and loaders. A tracked loader was unusual 40-50 years ago.
