I have a7060 that when the temperature drops to the 20’s will start and run 30 to 45 seconds then dies and won’t start back. Use anti-gel in the fuel all other tractors run on same fuel. Cleaned water separator changed fuel filter drained fuel tank. What’s wrong with it?

How much antigel did you use and what kind? Sounds like you didn’t use enough. Also, how long since you changed your fuel filter? Put more antigel in the tank and if you have another fuel filter change it. Go get some Power Service 911 in a red bottle and dump it in the tank. It is designed to un gel diesel fuel that has already gelled up.

Did you run the tractor once you but the anti-gel in to allow the treated fuel to circulate through your system before the cold temps hit?
There is a slightly different cold weather starting procedure on the new tractors. I don't know about yours, but be sure to turn the key to on position where you hear the mechanical pump ticking, wait for the welcome message to complete and watch the screen for the glow plug symbol to be on. Don't crank until glow plug symbol goes off. I don't see the glow plug symbol until the temp is around 17. Check your owner's manual for other directions.
Aside from the other frozen/gelled fuel problems mentioned above, there may be something wrong with that system.

So it ran fine when the temperature was warmer?
Try warming up the tractor in a shed if you can and see if it still has trouble?
Everyone’s going to assume fuel gelling until proven that is not the problem.
Fuel lines may be clogged or you may have forgotten to turn the fuel shut off back on after the filter change?

It ran fine the day before when it was warm.a few weeks ago when it got cold it done the same thing then when it warmed up it started. I took the water separator apart and cleaned it blowed through the lines just changed the fuel filter about a month ago.
Are there any error codes coming up on the dash?
Your tractor's engine is all electronic and like new cars its computer is constantly monitoring its systems.
Could it be a safety sensor like a seat switch or other that causes the shut down because inadvertently you do something different in cold weather?
Please explain further about wont start back up. Does it crank but not fire or will it not crank?

Not necessarily. Different tractors will act differently to the cold weather as far as gelling. We used to have a couple of tractors on the farm that would have more problems gelling than others even running heavily treated winter diesel
I got to agree with MarkBX25. Seriously doubt it is gelling. Cloud point of straight #2 diesel is 14F. You want to treat before it gets to that point and it needs to be done at 35F or higher though. I would suspect ice crystals plugging the filters. Being a common rail fuel system it may have a lower micron filter than his other tractors.
Take the fuel strainer/ separator off and right apart.
The inlet is a 90⁰ angle that can get plugged with crud. There's no filter in the tank or before that..... I found a piece of foil inside my tank from an additive lid that was getting sucked against the fuel line outlet causing this same sounding problem
