What is the best service manual for a Kubota L3200DT. I need to check for a broken or loose tachometer cable. I can't find any information on removing the rear bonnet/ instrument panel cover to check. If someone knows of a service manual I can purchase to complete my task, please let me know.

The WSM is in the folder called ‘Tractor Owners Manuals’
You can download a free WSM file at Kubotabooks. These don't give much detailed info on instrument panels.
But, from the parts diagram,
it looks like there are four small bolts holding the panel on, giving access to the tach end of the cable.
