I'm tired of buying glass doors! Does anyone know of a canvas door for a 50/30 hardtop?

seems like an easy question to me he is looking for alternatives to glass door for his 5030 tractor.
no clue on canvas Doors but how do you keep breaking them?
Might be a better idea if it’s from bush work to make protective screens like you see in logging units. I can’t imagine putting canvas doors on and not being able to see out them is going to make you hit less stuff. Lol

Some guys operate machinery for a lifetime without troubles. Others seem to break stuff every time they touch things. Go figure. This is why I don't loan expensive tools I care about.

Can’t imagine canvas doors on a tractor cab. Can better imagine just removing the doors entirely. However, that wasn’t the question.

If you really want some sort of canvas (more likely something like Sunbrella) doors, maybe with a clear insert like a convertible top rear window, it would almost certainly have to be custom fabricated. I would start by inquiring with an automotive trim shop; the kind that fabricates and replaces convertible tops for cars.

You can always go to a boat shop that makes covers etc, to get one made. If the glass one keeps breaking the canvas ones will not fair much better. Can you find a glass shop and get them to make or order bullet proof glass.

I was thinking the same as above if you constantly breaking the glass I’m sure your gonna rip canvas. Try widening your trails or as stated above maybe pull the doors off before you do whatever work is busting glass. Seems like a lot of extra work but at the price of glass doors might be worth it. or trade it in for an open station tractor. I think having cages made wouldn’t be that much more then some custom doors but you would have to replace the one glass that’s currently smashed. That to me is your best bet to not loose the comforts of your inclosed cab. I was gonna build some for my 7060 as I’m constantly in the bush with it but just haven’t had a close call yet or feel it’s needed for me. My friend put screens on his deer so I’ll see if I can get some pics. It actually looks real good and mean. Like a mad max tractor but clean and green. Always reminds me of logging equipment
