Hey everyone, I have a 2022 LX2610 and absolutely love everything about it except for 1 thing. I only weigh about 170 pounds; I have to step all the way up onto the deck to get on because the whole side of the deck flexes if I use the step. I am sure over the years this is going to be a problem as I get older and have more trouble climbing up. Is there an aftermarket bolt on fix for this? I hope this thread gets noticed because I would love to take care of this problem before it becomes one.

here's an option for you... they make lots of goodies and the owner is an OTT member.
I hope I can fabricate something decent. If I were 200 pounds there would be a problem.
I saw that one, I already have a step but don't use it, too spongy. I thought in the video he says it still flexes. THANK YOU!!! Maybe I will contact that guy and ask some questions..
I weigh about 250 lbs when fully dressed. I have the LX2610 and the step does flex. I worried about it at first, but it hasn't given me any trouble yet.

Kubota L48 TLB, Ford 1920 FEL, Ford 8N, SCAG Liberty Z, Gravely Pro.
I also have the Specialtyproductsandcustommods step, but on a different model ( larger ) Kubota.
Their step is just as strong or stronger than my OEM step, but is MUCH wider, and does mount to OEM holes.
I do not have, nor will I ever have, a mower deck on my Kubota.
I weigh 183 lbs. and their step offers PLENTY of support, with much better dismount safety for me.
