Where can I buy a grill guard? I don’t weld, or have a shop. I need to purchase one right off the shelf that I can install without any modification.

thank you

I also used the expanded metal but used heavy duty zip ties, if something is going to go through the guard it will be pushing the screen against the existing guard. Both ways work and that's what counts.

I purchased from FAB Works OEM years ago when I had a BX and just recently from Lown for MX…I would buy from either again. I would note on the product I got from fab works, I puchased one with a front hitch…I am not sure how much clearance you have from the loader but that would be important to confirm who you buy from(if thinking about a front hitch with the brush guard)…with my BX the cross bar on the loader could interfere with front hitches depending on the maker of the brush guard. It might be worth checking how it will fit if getting a hitch with the guard so the loader clears it.

I can recommend the 5ElevenDesignz products; I purchased one for my B2601 and installed it, nice product, EZ installation, very satisfied with my decision to acquire the product.

Here's a link to a thread discussing grille guards; I posted some pics of my installed guard on there:

Lots of sources already provided so I will just add that you need to remeber what a grille guard does. It takes the damage that would otherwise be inflicted on the grille. A year ago I spent "big money" for a very pretty and perfect fit laser cut guard for my new L3901. It works perfectly but is now most definitely not pretty. The only way a grille guard is going to remain pretty is if it isnt getting hit. If you are operating in an environment where its actually going to get used don't waste your money on pretty. Cheap and easy to beat back straight after it gets too beat up would be a serious selling point for me.

Dan summed it up pretty well! Yep! Pretty looking, pretty expensive and if you use it enough it will look pretty ugly all bent up! Next will be a guard to protect the guard.

I made a temporary one out of hardboard and zip ties does not protect well from underneath but has a few dents and scratches that may have been on the grill. My wife did the lettering

That will probably work just fine until the one August week of hot weather in Nova Scotia! :ROFLMAO:
