Well glory bee I got my wheel spacers yesterday,, Thanks BORA ! Now wishing to avoid and stupid ness on my part. Here is what I was thinking,,, jacking up the rear and jack stands under the axle, at least that way I can turn the axle to align the bolt holes. So the question is, where is the best place to put the jack? Under one side and jack stand then do the other or under the draw bar? I dont want to start and hear that slickening sound of something going CRACK !!!

You could jack each side individually but when jacking a tractor I generally place the jack on the center of the rear end. I may put a chunk of 2 X 4 between the jack and the tractor. I don't know how your drawbar is attached - never thought of that option.

I remember seeing a decent YouTube video on installing wheel spacers on a B2601, iirc the tires were loaded and the camera view afforded a nice view on jack placement.

Might be worth a short search, if I manage to find it myself I'll post a link here, no guarantees though!

No float on the loader - use it as a built in jack stand. Put a little down pressure on the floor.

I am SURE mine is different than yours, but I generally go on the rear hitch/drawbar area on my baby tractor (BX2380)

Block the front wheels.

Bucket on ground, not in float. (or snowblower in the winter, no float)

Assuming you have solid, flat ground I would jack in the center of the rear axle. When doing that I would put a jack on either side just in case it tipped or moved (I did not let the jack down all the way on the stands). One tip, you'll see I had plywood out, that was so I could jack the tire up high enough to get it off the ground and remove it, then when installing it I would put the plywood down, roll the tire on it, and line up the holes. If you do that you can just line up the holes and tip the tire onto the studs. Once you get the top lug nuts on part way you can jack up the tire an inch, pull the plywood out, and the tire can easily be pushed on the rest of the way. I think the tires weigh 250-300lb so I did NOT want to lift them or risk having them fall!
