I knew there were at least 2 "types" from 2 different mfrs when I first checked into it a year ago, but as I have almost no woods/trees/bushes on my property and have the MMM on when I am not snowblowing, I considered it a calculated risk to go without and didn't buy any of them.

Of the 2 (or was it 3?) I looked at....all seemed very expensive.

A 2by4' sheet of UHMW dump truck 'liner' makes a real nice 'protector'. Saw a picture here of one for the BX23S.One day I'll get 4 'angle brackets' and put the sheet on... maybe a 'winter project'? Course I've said that 3 times now.....
