Need advice on taking “looseness” out of loader linkage. I weld and have access to machine shop services

Thats a pretty terse statement of the problem. If you offer some details on the nature of that looseness and the condition of the loader you will have better luck getting informed opinions and advice.

Looseness is in the bushings controlling the curling of the bucket. Appears to be 4 different bushings. Everything else is tight

I would assume you replace the worn components with new ones. Seems pretty simple and no need for welding or machine work unless Kubota is not selling the parts.

Even if you tighten the pin clearance, or the side slop, the cylinder load transitions there. What I am trying to say is I believe it will always have a spongy rock back point somewhere depending on load. Tension to compression forces exerted on the cylinders.

I dont know for sure but I would expect them to be a light press fit that you can drive out with a stepped drift.
