I am going to remove the entire 1200 FEL from my '74 L185. I can't figure out what to do with these hydraulic supply lines. Do I need a hose to loop them together? Was there a block-off plate from the factory? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You'll want to Loop the lines. Or you could put the original block that did the same. If you need one I can supply you with one.

There are two o-rings between the blocks that you may want to replace (but the old ones will probably be fine). Dealer can get them easily and they are not very expensive.

Thanks, I will look out for those. If I can get a block off plate I will be all set. I suppose I can just get a loop of hyd hose made as well. Not sure of the thread pitch on those.

You can get a block made or modify the one you have or just loop the hoses but don’t just plug the holes in the block or you will dead head your pump and mess it up.
