Need replacement for input shaft on hydraulic pump. P# 31351-7633-0. This is on a kabota L1-R28. If anyone has any idea where I might find parts for a grey tractor I would appreciate your response and input. Thank-you.

I had a gray market Mitsubishi. I had reasonably good luck finding hydraulic pumps and other parts on eBay.

Are you 100% that's a good Kubota part number ? Google didn't like it and normally it'll find a Kpart 1000s of times.
Other trick is to find a 'nongray' equal tractor that uses the same part, then order THAT part number from dealer.

You can't just replace that shaft, it's a matched set, you need both shafts and gears and both sets of blocks.
You're better off replacing the whole pump.
Post some pictures of the pump and I'll see what I can find that matches it, there more than likely will be several non grey models that will be the same.

To change the grey P/N to US (almost always)
you need to drop the last dash and make it two five digit numbers with a dash.

I had a 'grey ' tractor and local dealer would NOT work on it, tech said 'use this model(us version) for parts,to order'. did that ,installed them myself. Made sense that most parts will fit several models.
No they will not, can loose the franchise doing so.
Surprised they went that far, locally if they even know
you are buying parts for a grey you would be blacklisted.

I didn't tell the 'parts order desk' what tractor I had, just needed a '12345-54321', it came 2-3 days later.
Thanks to everyone who replied. I did call lady in Sask and she told me which unit would match. Pump is on order, should be here soon. Thanks again, I really appreciate the input.

I do not understand this myself, as I am planning to buy my first tractor for my parent's farm, but I hope I will soon know more about this area. I guess one could go to a dealer and ask.
I went to the dealer in Kamloops with my grey market model number,they model said sorry,cant help
