You may need to physically move the start/stop fuel cutoff solenoid into the off position.
I don't know your machine, but should be easy to find in the fuel line somewhere close to the injection pump. Probably has 2 small wires going to it.

(had that happen to my TG1860 one time and it freaked me out)..pulled every fuse and no help !

If you let it run out of diesel, you'll have a whole host of new problems.(in addition to your current electrical problem)

Yep. If you can't find the fuel shutoff, block the air intake. Make sure you use something big enough that it can't get sucked in.

Not great, but much better than sucking the tank dry.

If you have a CO2 or Halon fire extinguisher, use it in the intake. Won't hurt a thing.

Do NOT use a dry powder or any liquid type!!!!!!

Thanks for the reply. I have been shutting it off by moving the solenoid. The timer is working, I have replaced the fuel shutoff solenoid.
The machine does will not start when hot and not shut off properly. I've checked the grounds & safety switches.
