I have a B2650 with Titan trac loader 23x8.50x14 NHS tires on the front the left tire is always losing air, I have had the tire in the tire shop to many times, they are a 4 ply rated tire. I was hoping to go to a 25x8.50x14 NHS 6 ply tire, the question question will it work? or should I stay with the origenal tires & size.

Stay with the original size unless it's 2wd. You will mess with your 4x4 ratio. There are plenty of tire options that arnt factory in your size. 6ply is obtainable as well.
Quick search found these.

The BEST option, in my opinion, is to get the front tires foam filled.

Around here still not that expensive, and you forget about flats for the life of the tire...

Did this on both my tractors almost 20 years ago, and never regretted it.

What was your cost? Just curious. Thinking I might do that as well...
