Front bumper chain box

Some one else made one for a different series, which gave me the idea for this one. It seems to work well. I am concerned about damaging the paint on the nose of the grill but will just need to be carful. The cut outs in the corners and the holes in the middle should kept the dirt from building up in the box. I did need to replace the two lower bolts for the bumper with 45mm long ones to compensate for the mounting tabs.

That's kind of a nifty idea. I've bee throwing my chains on top of the ballast box.

So what is the cross tube for, stiffness or maybe protection for the grill ? It looks good.

To help protect the grille. I moved a bunch of tree tops with my grapple and had some larger stuff get to the grille. It won't stop everything, but large stuff can't get in there.

Looks good, I've been looking for an idea to put the chains somewhere on the tractor for storage. The "toolbox" on my LX2610 is laughable.
