Fuel pump

L3130 fuel laeking from the fuel pump / not a lot gust enough to make area wet / cleaned every with paper towles / is for sure leaking from pump / not hose conects/ got bump comming / Question tractor bogs down when trveling down the road almost will not move in high gear / just srarted / FUEL PUMP PROBLUM ???/ found it leaking when i went to check fuel filter/ filter new less then 10 hr just did 1000hr service all fluides & filters / WHAT DO YOU THINK THANKS

If the fuel lift pump itself is leaking, yes it can affect the power.
