Neither the MX nor the M have red line indicators on the tachometers so what's the maximum RPM allowed? Do these tractors have rev limiters to prevent over revving the engine? I'm not concerned about the MX because the rpm is set with the throttle slider, but the M with its low gearing and accelerator make it very easy to rev the engine above the rated value.
M6060 manual states rated rpm is 2,400 and PTO 540/540E rpm is at 2,160/1,828.
