Is the pto shaft longer on the L4060?

I tried to connect the water pump to the new tractor and it wont go all the way on to lock the balls to the shaft. Fits fine on my B2410 though.

Yes the output shaft on the tractor.

Have you tried to connect anything else to the new tractor ? That would give you a bit more info to find the cause of the issue.

Yep, all the standard PTO shafts go on without a problem. The pump goes right on the B2410 and locks in, but doesn't want to go all the way on the L4060 shaft. Going to put a glob of grease on the tip of the shaft and see if it transfers tot he coupler, that will tell me for sure, but I thought these were all a standard depth.
