Yep....funny how that works Millions in premiums outweigh legit claims being denied. Thier stance was like saying you played football 20 years ago. Maybe the car accident didnt do all the damage to your knee. Anything to get out of paying. I am glad Im out of that ratrace though.I've had to sick our Benefits manager on the insurance company before. After getting put in touch with the sales rep that handles our account, it was taken care of within an hour.
I guess that's one of the benefits of working for a company with 10,000 plus employees. They do have some weight to throw around
Starting this year the insurance company has hired a nurse to advocate for us if we have issues getting prescriptions filled, doctors appointments, specialist appointments, ect.....
After that one experience and having to sick the sales rep on them, I haven't had an issue with my insurance, coverage, prescriptions since then.
