I had heard they quit doing that, because some of the people being shot were dying from the lowly little .22 round. Not sure if they really quit or not, just what I read a good while back.

The country sealing the equipment builds Jack in the Box Tanks, and a bunch of other military inept equipment, not what I would call the smartest bunch.
