Does Kubota offer a loader attachment that'll lift a MMM deck?

re: That'd be swell if I had a post barn and I Beam...
Mine is in the 2 car garage, that only has 8' ceiling. Was doing a lot of 'lawn tractor repairs' and it's a real pain crawling 'down there'. fixed a rider, guy says how much? I laughed and said I need a 24.5' - 8" Ibeam. 2 days later it magically arrived and 3 brutes installed it.
I'm looking at an electric cable hoist to replace the chain hoist....you get a LOT of 'upper body' exercise using them.

If this is your 'forever home', try to plan ahead.
One thing about getting old... is that we don't get any younger.

Well , it's been our "forever home" since November 1991.... I'd love a pole barn, but with a creek that floods yearly, that's not doable, I don't want to worry about things getting flooded out if we have heavy rain or heavy snowmelt.... I may be able to get enough fill for a 12/14 x20 shed or similar. Where I have my small shed now it hasn't ever had water in it. Just have to bring in about 2' of fill for a larger shed...I really hate doing anything to outside now, as the tax assessors will be licking their chops, I just got jacked up almost $50k here, and in NY, that really sucks.....

Well, I cheated. I used my 4 wheel hand dolly with two straps, two 2x6 blocks held with clamps and a 4x4 block. This setup lets me lift, roll, flip vertical or 180 my 48 in deck. The telescopic dolly handles makes the lifting even easier.

If I had a mower deck on the same tractor that had a loader on it i'd just put the bucket on something tall and push the bucket down until the whole tractor was up near a 45 degree angle (probably limited by your 3pt 'wheelie arms', lol) , set the parking brake, and then get a stool and just kinda work on it while it was on the tractor. I definitely wouldn't run the engine unnecessarily long at extreme angle due to possible (but not certain..) oiling concerns, and you take whatever precautions you feel are reasonable about chaining/chocking the tractor etc etc. Just a thought. Not likely to fit OP's requirements..

I think the answer that's been said but not said is that IF this attachment already exists, whoever builds it knows the personality type they are marketing it to and it will have an absurd 'luxury tax' built into its price, like a $500 Harley Davidson jacket, etc. Its price will be catered to price-insensitive buyers who 'ahev to have [insert brand/color here] everything' even if it has little value or makes no sense. Even if i wanted it i'd be forced to build it myself just to avoid confirming what someone else thinks i'm willing to pay for a 'cleaning stand'.

In my career in auto repair you could kind of call it the 'go away' price.. i don't want to do it/build it because i won't make enough money on this tedious one time deal unless i price it sky high, so you either give up and go away, or you pay me a crazy amount to do it..

On YouTube lookup; Tractor Time with Tim Stop tripping over your mower deck. I purchased a Deck Dolly last fall after seeing it here. Might solve your problem. I am working up the nerve to remove the deck and use the contraption soon. Seems like a great idea.

Listed at around $280 on a JD parts site. Not overly outrageous, but not cheap either.
