9.5 -16 ags on a B7100D, are they too big?

as in the title guys.
Are 9.5-16 ags on the rear of my 7100D going to be too big, we have some really wet areas here and need something a bit more serious to be honest.
I was thinking they should be fine on the basis that if i was using double rears (2x 7-16 ) per side that would be even wider.
I realise the rolling dia will be a bit more, but with 6-12 ags on the front they may still all be within spec.
any help would be great.

hey man, i just put 8.00x16 on my b6100. they measure about 30 inches tall. if u go look at the tire and wheel thread and find (new front tirers and wheels) there are pics of my rear 8.00x16 on my tractor. they work great and they are only about and inch and a half taller than my turfs. im not quite sure is a 9.50x16 is any taller, if it is it couldnt be much. good luck

But I quickly changed my mind because the 9.5's are 2.5" taller than my 8x16's and the rolling circumference is 7" longer. If you have room to go to the bigger tire AND change the front tires accordingly keeping the "RATIO" the same you can change it. The 9.5-16 requires a wider rim and the offset of the rim would have to put the extra width to the outside ( reversed offset ) so that it wouldn't rub in the inside.

Keep in mind the overall width in comparison to the width of your bucket, backblade, mower etc because you don't want the tires running outside of them.

Yes where did you get them wheels. and what are those tires. Looking to do the same with my b7100 although i have a 6 lug front pattern.

The rears are 16x8 D window for Dakota truck, 6 on 4.5

The rear hub has to be redrilled as the 6 bolt hole circle is metric.


The front are golf cart wheels that were 2+5 offset that I changed to center offset.


You won't find a D window with a 6 bolt circle on a 12" wheel.

You could go with a 5+2 offset and have a custom 2" adapter made (6 bolt to 4 bolt) that would bring you back to center.

OH sure SS CRAGARs they looked better on my 35 coupe,,lol
