Hi Folks,
I searched but didn't find the answer. I recently acquired a 2001 B7500 and am loving it. As I am completely anal about my rolling stock, I need to replace the mismatched, too-short stabilizer links on the three point hitch, as well as the turnbuckles from actuator to lift arms. I have looked it up, but it says something to the effect of "go ask your dealer." Don't wanna, as I intend to use a more generic from AgriSupply. Unfortunately, I am at work and an hour, round trip, from my beast, but only 20 minutes from the Garner, NC store. Can one of you fine folks provide me with a couple of measurements?

First of all, Hello and Welcome. Secondly i'm sorry to say that I dont have a B7500 to help you out with those measurements. I have a B7100 but they are about 10-12 inches shorter wheelbase same height tires althought a slight bit wider.

Surely someone will be by in a few min. that can help.

440thumper - I have a 2003 B7500 HSD-R, but I don't recognize your terminology. My Operator's Manual shows a lifting rod (Left) that is fixed length; a lifting rod (Right) which is adjustable; two check chains (threaded rods); two turnbuckles; and two lower links (lower link arms in the ASC catalog).

If you can steer me to the parts you are referring to, I will measure mine. I assume you are looking for pivot point to pivot point dimensions?

I own a B7500 and as it happens, I have the 3pt apart as I am repainting it. I can measure the individual components this evening, but I suppose you'll be home by then. If I was in your position, I'd be looking at a set of telescoping units.

For stabilizers, you need a compressed, minimal length of 13 inches, with an extended length of 16 inches or so.

I can confirm this. Fully extended, with enough threads left to insert a cotter pin - 16.5". Fully compressed, both threaded ends touching - 13.25". Inside to inside of the turnbuckle is 3.25".
